Turtle Neck Trend | Winter Fashion

One trend I have seen quite a lot recently have been turtle necks. Turtle necks on jumpers and turtle necks of tops, so on my most recent shopping trip I purchased 2, both of which will be featured in an up and coming Boxing Day Sale Haul! One grey and ribbed from Topshop, the other white and light knit from Primark. This is how I styled them!

Nails of the Week | Winter Edition

One of my favourite past times is painting my nails, I love to do it, its therapeutic and you can have a lovely nail polish colour on your nails as the result! So for today's blog post I thought, I should show you what nail polishes I have actually chosen to wear during one week of the Christmas holidays, rather than showing a huge selection of colours, which is way to over whelming to comprehend!

The first nail polish I wore that week was Barry M's Vivid Purple. This is a lovely purple colour, very suitable for winter.

This nail polish is Rich in Heart from Sinful Colors. This is a very deep red colour. In some lights it appears black and in others in appears as a sparkly red. This is very appropriate for New Years Eve!

The final nail polish I wore was Tanya Burr's, Penguin Chic. Out of all of the nail polishes, this chipped the least! This is a more muted colour which would be suitable in Autumn and Spring too!

Thank you for reading this blogpost! Tell me what your favourite winter nail polishes are in the comments below!

In the middle of December, some of my mums friends from America came over and offered to bring me some products which are only accessible across the Atlantic Ocean! Of course being a British, beauty obsessed teen I took up the offer and sent over a list of products I wanted.

On Christmas day, I opened this box which was full of mini presents and I guessed pretty quickly that they were the cosmetics brought over from America and sure enough, I was right but it was so much more than I expected! I don't know if she will read this blog post but Mandy, thank you again for all of these wonderful goodies!

Also thank you to Jackie and Darren (Other friends from across the pond but in Canada) for the Covergirl Lipsticks, the colours are stunning!

Tell me in the comments below if you would like to see any reviews on these products and I'd be happy to oblige!
